I used to have it like that until I designed this new ribbon organizer a few years ago and I'm still using it...it's wonderful!!!
Just buy a plastic drawer organizer and drill holes in the back of the drawers so when you pull the ribbon out the drawer doesn't open. SO EASY, CHEAP, & AWESOME!!!
